This is a very useful site - It's been put together as a project by a student at Western Washington University. It has explorations of a few of Morrison's novels, breaking them down by theme. The themes are explored with excerpted passages, with questions that go along with the excerpted passages. For example, under the theme of Freedom, you look at passage after passage on the subject of Freedom, and each passage comes with questions that are meant to be a starting point for your own analysis.
