She says that Rosalind is not handsome and has no manners. She also says that Rosalind has no manners and could not love her/him (Rosalind is dressed as a guy) even if men were as rare as the mythical phoenix,

"And play the swaggerer. Bear this, bear all.

She says I am not fair, that I lack manners.

She calls me proud, and that she could not love me

Were man as rare as phoenix"
