Jaques is a brilliant melancholy character. Do you agree? Give reason on the basis of Act-2

Jaques weepes for the deer killed by Duke senior. He was melanchlo at that time.

Jaques is one of the most insightful characters that Shakespeare has. He takes "melancholy" to an intelligent plain, He even gives Hamlet a run for his money. Jaques even looks for melancholy to spin his wisdom, "I can suck melancholy out of a song, as a weasel sucks eggs." Check out his famous quote,

"All the world's a stage,

And all the men and women merely players..."

Now that's about as good as metaphors get! Jaques can turn humanity into prose that everybody can relate to.
