What is the conflict in "The Start of Me and You" by Emery Lord?

I don't know how to explain all the different types of conflict for this book in a school presentation. Can somone help me out if they read this book?

Paige Hancock wants to stop mourning her dead boyfriend and get back to the living which in this case id high school. She also wants her old crush, Ryan Chase, to be interested in her. Then Paige is recruited for the Quiz Bowl team, which conflicts with her other plans.
