Pay at Academy

My son is a emn3 at goose creek, graduates in 4 more weeks phase 2 of nuke school, got accepted to naval academy prep school and reports in July, will he still get paid as an E4, while at prep school and the 4 years at the naval academy, how does the pay or his active duty play a part while at the Academy
