In what sense does obedience follow faith according to Bonhoeffer?

As good fruit grows on a good tree, so does obedience follow faith. Faith justifies, not obedience and to be justified is to be a Christian. Obedience implies being a Christian. This is the sense in which obedience follows faith. But at the same time, it is not a chronological distinction where we are abstracting one from the other.
