according to what I saw in the princeton review book, RICE university is considered to have the happiest students in the US. so, if this in an information that can be trusted, what do you thinks makes RICE students happier than other colleges' students?

I am a student enrolled in a program called Bridge2Rwanda scholars program, which helps Rwanda's brightest students apply to the US best colleges and I am very interested in RICE University.

I've only ever heard positive things about Rice University, particularly in regard to Biosciences. I think your best bet would be to study their website and see if their programs are a good fit for your post graduate plans. Do you have a specific major in mind?
