I'm not a historian but I'm pretty sure there is too much to detail on this forum for your question. Still GradeSaver can always point you in the right direction. I'll provide a link to a timeline of the major milestones during her reign. I suppose the first would be becoming "queen". In any case you can probably pick and chose the ones you think are most relevant to what you need.
