I can put this in a few notes for you to get you started.You can use your imagination for much of it.

The ship was cramped with people on the third class or immigrant deck.

Their quarters were in proximity to the boiler room making it unbearably hot.

Food and water were scarce even though they watched waiters bring feasts to the 1st class passengers.

Many people fell ill during the trip...

I think you get the idea....
