A student is studying the effect of temperature on the actin of an enzyme in stomach fluid. The enzyme digests protein. An investigation was set up using five identical test tubes, each containing 40 ml of stomach fluid and 20 mm of glass tubing filled with gelatin. After 48 hours, the amount of gelatin digested in each tube was measure in millimeters. The results for the five tubes are shown below.
