Broken by her son's suicide, she kills herself, calling curses down on Creon for having caused the tragedy. This isn't clear cut but I might go with,

C.

to convey the family members' love for each other

It also clarifies the death of her son but I think the ultimately her suicide highlights what a parent should feel hence isolating Creon even further.

I actually think it is:

I believe the punishment was her own suicide.
