i need help, i'm reading Euripedes' play Medea, but they mention Creon; i must know if the Creon in Euripides' play is the same from Sophocles' Theban cycle... that is why i must know how many kids Creon had, i thought his only child was Heamon, because there is no mention of a daughter.... PLEASE, someone Help ME!

In Sophocles' version of "Antigone," there is Creon's son, Haemon, and there is also the mention of another son, Megareus, who died earlier.

They are two different people.

Creon means ruler.

There are a few different Creons in ancient Greek plays.
