It would seem that every boy wants in the "Home of Scholars." This place is sort of like a giant Science World or NASA, only stupider. The irony is that the science they teach isn't exactly correct, like say the world is flat. Still it is part of the political dogma served down from the World Council to keep people ignorant. Also it's rather ironic that their interpretation of research and development is making candles.
