A savage storm knocks over the windmill. Napoleon acts all appalled and shocked. He announces that it is all Snowballs’ fault. He says that Snowball is trying to thwart the success of the animals. He then puts a price on Snowball's head.

In fact it was a verybad storm that made the windmill fall. Napoleon blamed it on snowball because he had to continue with the chaarde that snkwball was a spy aand is the cause for everything that goes wrong on the farm.
