What is the result of the harvest after the rebellion and why?

After the rebellion the harvest is bountiful. This happens because all the animals feel a part of something big. No longer are they slaves to Mr. Jones. They all have a vested interest in their own farm so they work collectively to make it a success. Old Major's vision is coming to fruition.
