The questions answered just prior to this one all fall in line with the verbal irony Orwell uses in the novel, but are not answered here.

Napoleon is nothing like the names he's known by

the leader is a dictator

The comrade is no friend

He is NOT family

He does terrorize the humans...... I'll give him that one

but he is not a protector of the sheep nor a friend to the ducks.
