what are the tragedy in animal farm after boxers death?

The tragedy of the story is that even after Boxer's death the animals continue to follow Napoleon's lead. Essentially nothing has changed, and things have gotten worse than ever....... the animals traded in the farmer for the pig, but they continued to allow totalitarianism to rule their lives.
