What are reasons for human (and animal) revolutions

Revolutions are a result of discontent and poor treatment. The animals rebel because Mr. Jones is cruel, underfeeds them, and ultimately does not care for them. When he comes home drunk and does not take care of them properly, they rebel and run him off. This is the animal version of a human revolution.
