Was the aim of animalism freedom from man or freedom from domination?

Animalism started as a movement to be free from the domination of man, but the truth is that they wanted to be free to do what they were meant to do. They assumed that once Mr. Jones was gone, they would work in cooperation with one another with everyone doing what he/she did best. But once Napoleon scares off Snowball and commands the dogs, the goal is not achieved because they are now dominated by an animal who acts like man.
