How is squealer able to convince the other animals to accept whatever Napoleon decides?

Squealer convinces the other animals to accept what Napoleon decides by stating that the healthier the pigs are the more intelligent and capable the animals would be of keeping humans away. Squealer has great oratory abilities and is able to appeal to the animals' fears. In Chapter Three, Squealer, who represents the propaganda machine, introduces fear tactics.
