how do you feel about Animal Farm was a whole

This novel certainly is depressing but it is a classic for a reason. Orwell published this novel in 1945. Ideas of government, propaganda, and the easily manipulated masses are stronger than ever today. You can see themes and motifs of Animal Farm playing out in the American election right now. I really like this book.
