Hi! I read Animal Farm at school and I have been asked two questions:

1. Using examples from classical animal fables, report on how Orwell's novel conforms and/or deviates from features found in those you've investigated.

2. Explain how the human characters contribute to the novel's themes and issues.

I would appreciate your ideas and suggestions for the answers of these 2 questions...

Well, Animal Farm is a Beast Fable in the fact that it is a work of satire that uses animals to teach a lesson/show a fault in society.
Human characteristics are used in every character in Animal Farm, as well as archetypes. If you did not have human qualitys added to the animals, they would not be personified or have any sort of voice in the novel.
