what phrase does Mr birling repeat 3 times page 6 and 7

I do not see any phrases repeated three times; I see the words "practical business man (men) twice, and Germans talking nonsense twice. Granted, different editions may have different page numbers. I am looking at Heinneman (1993) edition.
