I'm sorry, my version of the text does not include page numbers. Please add additional information below, so that your question may be answered. Act? Dialogue?

between pages 11 and 12 what we learn about the inspector..Edna the made (low class) she opens the door to welcome the inspector in and in the dialogue in the line ''

Edna the made (low class) she opens the door to welcome the inspector in and in the dialogue in the line shown by edna ''impression of massiveness, soliditly and purposefulness' (adjective soliditly and purpoeness) shows us that the inspector forceful, can't be ignored he is someone important. he is massive and we have to treat him serious.

As we read down in the play we see the inspector talking about eva smith he tells them about her horrible death as he says the word ''burnt her insides out'' he gives us a violent image and she is not scared of saying what happened to her and ask them a questions. later in act 3 we have this idea in our head that the inspector isn't a real one after some i dn;t remember who phones the police for inspector goole and the police says that no one like that works with them .

hope that helps i am in year 10 and currently studing this play
