I have a test on this book and there are a few questions that I don't know. Please help me out here!!!

1. What did Paul say he had very little value of out on the front?

2. Who is Major Michael Mouse?

In response to your first question, I believe it is because he recognizes the insignificance of a single soldier when so many millions were getting killed in the war. Thus he does not feel that he is able to contribute very much.

can someone help me to find an irony and symbols from chapter 6 please?
