How does Fort Repose change?

The place resembles a war zone with no physical destruction. People are either relying on each other of protecting what is theirs. There are low supplies which makes for major conflict. People are dying of everything from starvation, to dehydration to lack of drugs (like insulin) to radiation poisoning. It is impossible to dispose of all the dead bodies.
