A Wrinkle in Time

What is the central idea?

Aunt Beast explains to Meg that “We look not at the things which are what you would call seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporal. But the things which are not seen are eternal.”

The main idea is that things are not always as they seem..... we have to look beyond the exterior to find the truth within.... to find the things that are truly important.
