As a matter of principle, no, they should not. Lindner's offer is fair..... more than fair, but for the Youngers it's a matter of achieving a dream. Selling out would have meant that even they believed they had no place moving into the neighborhood they'd chosen...... when in fact, they had a right to live anywhere. If it was only a matter of making some money, selling their home to Lindner would have been the correct choice, but there was far more to consider here, and I believe they made the right decision.
