How does the Social and racial context in which housing discrimination occurs today compare with the circumstances in which the youngers to experience it

To be honest, I'm not sure it has all that much. Although segregation is illegal, neighborhoods still seem to segregate themselves. Perhaps there is more diversity in the higher socio-economic groups.
