A Modest Proposal and Other Satires

In which passage does Swift use the rhetorical device of synecdoche, using a part of the body to describe the whole body?

A.) “First, as things now stand, how will they be able to find food and raiment for a hundred thousand useless mouths and backs?”

B.) “I profess in the sincerity of my heart that I have not the least personal interest in endeavouring to promote this necessary work…” C.) “I think it is agreed by all parties that this prodigious number of children, in the arms of or on the backs or at the heels of their mothers…” D.) “A child will make two dishes at an entertainment for friends, and when the family dines alone, the fore or hind quarter will make a reasonable dish…” It seems that "B" is the proper choice.

I'm thinking "A" because mouths and back's are referring to the whole person.
