In this chapter( chapter 10), Ishmael often reflects on happy memories of his life before the uprising. What do we leatn about his way of life through these recollections? Mention at least 3.

1) Ishmael recollects his naming ceremony, his grandmother, and a loving smile.

2) While hearing the story of the Bra Spider, we become aware of the importance of storytelling.

These recollections speak to the normalcy of Ishmael's childhood.... family, stories, and love. Ishmael's younf childhood was not so different from our own.
