Why does Mrs.Londe say Nora was like a school girl??

Mrs. Linde compares Nora to a school girl in her belief that Nora has had an easy time of it. She believes that Nora has gone through the years since they've been in school without hardship or cares. Thus, she condescends and calls her a child.
