A Doll's House

Ibsen

How are Ibsen's heroines imperfect and the villains not without some merit or a point of view?

I'm curious as to why you see Nora as imperfect? As a character, Nora is not without positive traits. In fact, her redeeming traits as a woman are no different than the merits of the villains (I assume you are referring to her husband and the other male characters). Each of the characters in A Dolls House are flawed in one way or another.
