how does Scrooge feel when he hears a toast to his name? (ghost of Christmas present)

Scrooge feels both good and bad. He feels good that he is being remembered by somebody and guilty because he gives so little to the family. Scrooge is beginning to understand Mrs. Cratchit's anger at him.
