Change in Nick thoughout the Novel?

"Gatsby's tragedy is Nick's Education." Examine Nick's role as the universal Hero who undergoes a change thoughout his journey.

ASAP help, Gatsby's Greatness!

the outline i received was:

Evaluate the character of Jay Gatsby. Does he deserve to be labeled "great"? If so, why and how? If not, why not?

i am arguing that Gatsby was great. i just need as many points as anyone can think of as WHY he was great, i can find the quotations and expand on it from there,
