Why do you think Winston's immediate trust of Julia is foolish? Is it justified?

Logically it is foolish. Winston knows nobody gets away with anything. Julia, even if she isn't a spy, will surely lead to his demise. They will be caught. Still, Winston feels dead inside so feeling alive for a little while and then being vaporized might be better than his sorry existence before hand.
