In act 2 do they believe homicide cases should have a ruling of reasonable doubt ? Why/why not?

Cases which involve penalties such as death or life in jail need to have that reasonable doubt clause. This is because you are dealing with a man's life and the family of that man as well. The court needs to be as sure as it can beyond a reasonable doubt that they are condemning the right person.
